Returns and Refunds Policy

In Amber Essence, We take pride in the handcrafted quality of our soaps, solid shampoos, candles, and accessories. We want your experience with us to be exceptional. www.ambar-essence.com be exceptional. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines:

1. General Hygiene Conditions

For reasons of health, safety and hygiene, We do not accept returns or exchanges of the following products once they have been delivered and the original packaging has been opened or tampered with:

  • Handmade soaps.
  • Solid shampoos and conditioners.
  • Bath bombs and body care products.

These products are considered final sale unless they have an obvious manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that has been damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Notification period: You must contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving the package.
  • Process: Send clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product to our WhatsApp. +1 (331) 253-9961 or to the support email address.
  • Solution: We will evaluate the case and, if approved, we will proceed with sending you a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a credit towards your next purchase.

3. Candles, Kits and Accessories

For items that are not for direct body use (such as handmade candles, soap dishes, or wooden accessories):

  • We accept returns within the 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition when you received it.
  • Kits must be returned complete; partial returns of individual items within a kit are not accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), Amber Essence will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a personal decision by the customer (change of mind about an accessory or unused candle), the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original credit card or payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Items on Sale

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund. final sale and they do not accept returns.

7. Return Shipping Address

Do not return any product without first receiving authorization from our support team. We will provide you with the appropriate US mailing address once your case is approved.
